Baseball and a Big Bunny!

Whew!  What an exciting weekend we had!  Saturday Gunner had his first tball game of the season with the Rockhounds!  It was so cute to watch all these 4 year olds play!  They would all run and dog pile the ball!  We laughed and cheered A LOT!

Moving on to Sunday....We went to The Neufelds 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt!  As always it was a hit!  Rainnie and Ramon sure know how to throw a party! 

Look at all the kids!  There were about 40 adults and 30 kids there! 

We played and played!  All the kids will sleep very well tonight!

Take Me Out to a Dancehall.....

That's exactly what we had planned on doing....dinner and dancing!  Nanny and Bear took us to this new restaurant in Granbury called the Rio Brazos where we had dinner and were supposed to do a lil dancin to some Texas country music.  We even all wore our cowboy boots!

Nope dad it aint gonna happen!  I'm tired and ready for bed!

We still had a great time eventhough we didn't get to dance!

LIONS and TIGERS and BEARS...OH MY!!!

Thursday afternoon we headed out for Granbury, TX to see Nanny and Bear and make a trip to the Ft. Worth Zoo!  Gunner was so excited and had been talking non-stop for a week about going!  Once we got there, Gunner never stopped but Charli was a little more weary of all those animals! 

She was holding onto daddy pretty tight!

The weather was a perfect 84 degrees! 

Charli warmed up to the whole Zoo idea after a while!

Gunner was tall enough to ride the merry-go-round by himself

Charli was once again scared to ride the horses so as you can tell I held her BY the horse the entire time!

Charli LOVES giraffes so we looked and looked for them!

Gunner was fascinated with the turtles.  He thought they were "real" ninja turtles!

Overall the ZOO was a success!  Made great memories!! 

Family Pics...What a workout!!

My sweet friend Nan Galica came into town for a short time and was kind enough to tackle family pictures with a 4 year old and and 20 month old!  Let's just say its not for the faint of heart!  They turned out better than I could have hoped for!!  She took Charli's 1st birthday party pics back in June and you can see those here:  http://raleyfamilynews.blogspot.com/2011/06/charli-turns-1.html  She did a fabulous job but I just wish she would move back!!
